Web Purchasing allows shops to purchase third party products and sandwich ingredients from local suppliers, while allowing central control of what shop workers are allowed to buy and where it should be delivered. Although the screens are web-based, they are fully integrated with the Food Management System (SOM) database. POs can be printed or emailed to the suppliers, and can be matched centrally with supplier invoices using the Invoice Matching module.
